Twenty five years ago Ballina Christian School was established by a small group of parents wanting to provide Christian education for their children and for all those who wanted Christian education for their children in Ballina in the future. Sixteen students met in a church hall with classrooms separated by screens that were packed up each weekend. Fast forward to 2018 and we have over 200 students enrolled from Pre-Kindy to Year 12 and 35 staff members located on a purpose built and growing campus. We give thanks to God for the vision of those first parents and those that have followed them as we continue to provide a Christ centred learning community exploring and impacting on God’s world. Our ongoing mission is to assist parents in the nurture of their children, by providing a Christ-centred, biblically grounded, culturally engaging and academically rigorous education that instils hope and equips children to live for God’s glory. God has been gracious and abundantly good as He has brought growth in student numbers and provided excellent facilities and resources and we look forward with anticipation as He continues to unfold His plans for our College.
